I write music that lives between the concert hall and the editing room.
I'm Alexander Torné, a composer and violinist based in Molins de Rei, near Barcelona. I'm currently studying for a degree in pedagogy with a violin specialization at the Centre Superior del Conservatori del Liceu. As a composer I'm self-taught: I've been producing music since I was thirteen. My work spans orchestral concert music, scores for film and audiovisual media, and personal music.
I don't compose from references: I'm after a voice of my own. An idea appears, I sit at the piano, I chase the spark, and the piece grows from there. Both my music for the screen and my songs come out of that search.

PHÔS — La Luz del Sonido
Immersive concept piece · Orchestra & electronics · 2025A symphonic journey through the life cycle of a star — from nebula to supernova and the black hole beyond — built on the ancient Greek idea of audible and inaudible music. Composed for an immersive event about sound, silence and the order of the cosmos.
